⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ California Nursery Historical Park is a peaceful hidden gem that’s perfect if you’re looking for a quiet place to slow down and enjoy nature. The real stars of the park are the beautiful rose gardens. When they’re in bloom, they’re absolutely stunning and make the park worth visiting on their own. Beyond the roses, there are plenty of benches and picnic tables scattered throughout the grounds, making it an ideal place to enjoy lunch, read a book, or simply relax for a while. One feature I especially appreciated was the collection of informative plaques located throughout the park. They provide fascinating insight into the history of the former California Nursery Company and add another layer to the experience as you explore the grounds. Whether you’re interested in local history, photography, gardening, or just want a peaceful place to spend an afternoon, California Nursery Historical Park is well worth a visit.

It is a very nice historical park with wonderful views. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Those who are interested in plants and flowers should visit in the month of June, as they have planted so many varieties of roses. It will take a few hours to visit the whole park properly.

Niles rose garden in fremont has beautiful roses. Great place to just relax ,unwind and fully enjoy the variety of rose and other beautiful plants too.free and convenient parking. No matter you are going to take just pictures and do picnic this place will stole your heart 🥰

Beautiful gardens in the heart of Niles District of Fremont. Excellent history of the flower and fruit tree industry here In the East Bay, going back to the Spanish settlers and the start of Mission San Jose. We took a break and went to Mr. Mikey's market& deli up the street and got sandwiches and snacks and came back and had a picnic among the garden. The city of Fremont did a really good job of retaining the flavor of the California Nursery operation.
